They seem to care more about the money..... It took me several months to decide to go ahead and write a review because I knew it would not be a great one, but I thought others may benefit by my experience. I spent over $600 a month for several months of medication. And I got zero results. My skin started breaking out and it felt like it was on fire. When I discussed it with a staff member, she blew it off and said that wasn't due to the medicine (it was, it stopped when I stopped taking it). She was flippant and really didn't care. During several visits, I shared my concern that the medication wasn't working, and they said give it time, and they continued to give me a very low dose. Only when I decided to cancel, did the owner of the facility come talk to me. I shared my concerns, and she said, "well it's not working because you are on such a low dose." Obviously, they were trying to milk it for all they could, unfortunately, I trusted them for way too many months and lost a ton of money. In addition, I didn't use part of my medication (it was not given to me due to travel), but I had paid for it. I asked if they could at least refund that amount, they said no, but I could come in at any time and use it. There is no reason for them not to refund me. I was so excited to go to them due to the great reviews, but after several months with no results and no one who really cared, it was time to go. Be careful. There are plenty of places who are fair and care about the results of their patients.

I have been going to Renew for weight loss for almost a year now. In combination with diet and exercise, I have lost nearly 70lbs! Everyone is so friendly there, and they are so accommodating to my ever-changing schedule. Highly recommend!

Before finding the great staff and services of Renew Specialty Group, I was not familiar with alternative options for addressing knee joint pain other than surgery. Obviously, everyone has to gauge what is best for them personally, but before finding them I was actually scheduled for knee surgery with an ortho surgeon, and in the back of mind- the consults felt very rushed and pushy. I am SO glad that I decided to research other options first before proceeding with that knee surgery. I came across Renew Specialty Group (back then as Renew Health and Wellness), through an online search and was able to schedule a consultation with them in a matter of days. The staff there thoroughly listened to my concerns and discussed different options for me to consider, as well as provided clear and upfront information on costs and result expectations. Dr. Micah Kirscher and his team were so informative, professional and considerate- everything you would hope for when considering the best path to delay or prevent surgery and improve your health. Special shout-out to John too, who always provided great insight and super friendly pre-consults as well! It's been over a full year since I have originally met with them and my knee has really improved over that time. I absolutely know it is because I went with their care and feel their services were successful for me. If surgery might seem too excessive for you- it is definitely worth looking into a consultation at Renew Specialty Group- I'm so glad I did!

Finding Renew has been a life changer! From hormone therapy and weight loss to pain management, Coral and Micah have been able to thoughtfully work through a number of quality of life issues with me over the last 18 months.
