I was very pleased with my visit to this office. I was seen very close to my appointment and was in and out shortly after. Was very confident in my screening and what I need to do to better care for my skin. The staff was very service oriented.

Exceptional service and customer care! I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. The entire staff were extremely polite and professional. I wish my primary care doctor could get some lessons, thank you for being and providing the best care.

I waited 50 minutes for the surgeon to arrive and was treated over a 4 hour span. Little regard was given to my feed back. I specifically asked the provider to not put on nitroglycerin cream which caused a bad reaction. I called to ask for a pain med and the assistant had not updated the pharmacy choice as I told her to do so I did not get any pain med . The next day she called to ask if I still needed the pain med. I visited another provider and described the visit to her. She had serious questions about my treatment. Without her intervention, I would have ended up in the ER.

Front the time you walk into the office until you leave, you are treated kindly & professionally. The entire staff offers excellent patient service & care. I just had a third skin cancer removed in the last several months. I’m hard put to find the scars (I hesitate to call them that). I 100% trust them.

Always have been treated well and have had great outcomes with their treatments delivered by Dr.Freeman and his competent staff!
