I find the office staff to be rude or harsh at times and the follow up is lacking. I felt as if the doctor wanted nothing to do with me or my problems. He stood away from me and after completing endoscopy and colonoscopy was told they found nothing wrong, but a different doctor and same procedures found issues not mentioned by staff. For heart burn I was not given medication but told to take peppermint oil daily and castor oil for bloat and discomfort. Not happy w the service and never understood why Debbie came across so rude and gruff with me at times. Found care elsewhere, found staff to be unprofessional except for nurses, they were always nice to me. If your two minutes late you will most likely be refused snd have to reschedule, but when you show up on time, they can take 45-60 mins or longer before being seen after my appointment times. Novant Health is a much better option.
My dad had a leg injury that got infected and Dr. Williamson and his team were the best! They took care of him like he was a member of their own family. From the front desk to the nurses and Dr we had awesome service and healing.
I recently had a surgery through these specialists. While the staff at the hospital were fine, I was very unsatisfied by the treatment received by doctor and staff at the surgical office. The first and main problem was the doctor I saw during all my pre surgery appts. and preparation was not the doctor that did my actual surgery. The doctor that did the surgery was one that I had never laid eyes on until I was receiving anesthesia on the morning of my surgery. I found this quite unsettling. Not to mention the fact that the doctor had terrible bed side manner and his clothes were wrinkled and frumpy. He had obviously never even been to the hospital before because I heard him asking directions to locker room and o.r. Also the information I was given pre op as to time I would be down, incision care and other info was totally different than what they told me post op. During my follow up apt when I got to office the staff told me my apt had been changed till four hours later that day but no one bothered to call. When I was in the office waiting, the office staff were screening phone calls from patients and very loudly discussing a patients cancer treatment, meds and family issues. VERY unprofessional and I would not recommend and will NOT be back.
They are nice people and I understand it can get frustrating working in the medical field. A relative is getting treatment here and the times I’ve called the staff they can be a little rude. Again, I understand how it can get. I little more compassion would be nice.
Had to wait over an hour. I hate waiting. Went pretty quick after we got back there

I was very well pleased. The receptionists were very nice and on point. My doctor is always on point…
