Didn’t call with my pathology report, provided no patient education about the chemotherapy drugs I’d be using, and didn’t even want to see me in person when I reported struggling with reactions to the medication. I came to understand that I was just a number—a paycheck and not a person. After waiting 4 months for an appointment, I expected a more caring and committed team.

Front office personnel are not friendly. About 4-5 people waiting to check in. Ladies on there phones. Patients seem to be a hindrance here. Clerk was very rude and unprofessional to patients. I’ve been trying to find out the results of my biopsy for 3 weeks. They never answer the phone so I had to show up in person.

They do not answer the phone. Always have to hold for next available agent. I waited 16 minutes yesterday and finally gave up. I called back today 10/15/24 and still on hold. I can drive to their ckinic quicker. Ms. Moore is winderful but staff is not answering the phone. I had a biopsy done in September and it is now infected and was told it was pre-cancer. Why must I wait another month or more to get an appointment. Not happy >

The timeliness and efficiency of the office was over the top. I was ushered into the waiting room on time for my appointment. The doctor entered within 5 minutes for my examination and completed her assessment within 10 minutes. I felt that the exam was extensive, so I left feeling positive about the experience. Doctor Neal and her assistant Kim were friendly and professional in their encounter with me. All in all, I would recommend this practice to others.

Hannah Moore, PA-C is wonderful. She is friendly, patient and listened to all of our concerns. She smiles alot, which is refreshing and my daughter felt at ease. She is knowledgeable and explains things well. All of our concerns were addressed. I highly recommend this clinic and Hannah.
