Although the staff was extremely friendly & welcoming I am disappointed with my hair cut. I went in for a trim & a blowout. I specifically said multiple times keep as much length and no layers. I left with short hair & short choppy layers. Throughout the cut I brought up my concerns with how short it was multiple times. Here’s photos of my hair before and after!

Usually, it's always a good encounter when purchasing items. If there is an opportunity to save money, the cashier will let me know. The cashier I encountered today seemed annoyed when I asked her if I had any points available because she didn't mention anything. Instead of communicating that I did not, she seemed annoyed and reached over to cancel the point of sale terminal. The huff and puff were not called for. When I called her out on her bad attitude, she made it seem as if I was an issue. I told her I would like to buy my items.

Laila, was a phenomenal cashier. She was so sweet and very helpful with making sure my purchase went smoothly. We had a lovely chat and it was very nice to have a chat while she was checking my items out. She’s definitely a great catchier! Love this Ulta place, I come here all the time.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Dustin for helping me out today. He did an awesome job explaining how to use a product and how to get the best results. Everyone was very friendly at the store. It is always a good experience going to Ulta!

Called and came in spontaneously recently and Lauren was more than able to accommodate me. Despite the mess of hair from using home dyes over the last few months- she was more than able and willing to give me the makeover I needed! With very few inspo pics on my end she easily achieved the full highlight I was going for. Couldn’t be any happier! 10/10 recommend!
