Being a healthcare professional, selecting a surgeon for a procedure is never easy. I consulted with a few before choosing Dr Pace. My initial consultation made me at ease from check in until check out. Taylor at the front desk always greets me with a smile and it's evident she is invested in doing all she can to make things easy for patients or potential patients that walk through the door of the office. Dr Pace is warm and genuine and took plenty of time to explain my options and listen to my goals. I never felt rushed which is extremely important to me. I left confident in having surgery performed by Dr Pace. Surgery day, Dr Pace was again willing to sit and talk with me beforehand to answer questions and make sure he understood what I wanted to accomplish. I went home and was surprised later in the day for Dr Pace to reach out and check on me and make sure I had a number to call to reach him for any concerns. I really appreciated that. My first follow up, Dr Pace and the surgical nurse Julie were both so excited that I was excited about my results. I have one more follow-up at this point, but everyone in this office has been excellent for me every step of the way. I highly recommend this practice and Dr Pace.

I am so delighted with my recent surgery by Dr. Pace! I swear I look remarkably refreshed and vibrant. He was so attentive, explaining procedures and answering all questions without any rush. An unexpected concern came up in the evening following my procedure, and we had a call that night with visuals for his assessment--all turned out well. I love his manner, and especially my results. I consulted several surgeons before finding Dr.Pace at Greensboro Plastic Surgery. I was astounded at how respectful and genuinely compassionate he and the whole staff were. You are welcomed to the practice by the friendly and competent Taylor when you walk in the door. Julie (the surgical nurse) makes you immediately comfortable and is a great communicator. Dr Pace was completely focused on my questions (and fears) and thoroughly explained the procedures. His philosphy is to make you look "naturally refreshed" and not "overdone". I received an affordable fair quote and scheduled my surgery. I am 30 days postop now and absolutely delighted with the results.
