Please be careful with this hair salon. I hadn’t had any bad experiences previously until my last appointment. I have been natural for 10+ years. I have been to this salon plenty of times with no issues until the Male who runs the front register washed my hair for the very first time. I knew something was wrong once I got home because I smelled chemicals such as relaxer. I brushed it off because I thought there was no way in the world he could have did that without my consent or evening saying anything. The next week my hair started shedding and falling out in chunks. About 2-3 weeks after the appointment I washed my hair at home and it continued to fall out even more. Fast forward to today I went back to my original hair stylist and without her knowing anything that happened she asked me “did you put a relaxer in your hair???”. I immediately told her what happened and she said “he definitely put something in your hair because your strands are relaxed”. I am so hurt and livid and wouldn’t recommend this hair salon to ANYONE. He completely ruined my natural hair and texture.

I’ve been coming here since 2018/2019.ia loved all my experiences up until recently. Never had an issue with my hair reverting back to its natural curly state. However, the last time I tried to revert my hair after a blowout my curl pattern only came back at the bottom of my hair and this was back in March. Now it is June and I swear that relaxer was put into my hair because it is super dry, the new growth on my hair is a different texture than my entire hair and middle is straight and the ends are curly. I used to get my hair relaxed up until the time I was 20yrs old and now my hair is so damaged I may have start my natural hair process over again.

This was the first time taking my 8 year daughter who has 4c hair. Which is hard to manage for me especially her edges. The experience was great. The ladies definitely know what they are doing. They were very patient with her and has her hair the softest it has ever been. I am so happy with the results. What ever products they use are great as well. I did a same day appointment and they welcomed us in. I give this place more than 5 stars.

Love Maricel and the staff at this salon.They have made my hair so healthy and long. Look at the before and after pictures. They do all kind of services. Highlights, color, botox, relaxes and great blow outs that last. They are also affordable and friendly. I also bring my daughter to get her blow out and trim.

The picture of my hair should speak for itself!! They have earned a regular customer!! They are so nice! It's like having the real New York Dominican blowout experience, without being in NY. The other thing I love is that they don't pressure you to perm your hair, they are natural, so they know how to do natural hair, and they make their own conditioners!! Love it!!
