I took a day off of work - drove an hour - only to be told that when my appointment was made - I was scheduled wrong- I speak fluent English and I am pretty sure the person that scheduled my appointment was fluent in English as well. After sending me several certified letters to get me in there because what I needed done was so urgent - my appointment was scheduled wrong. Then, I was told that I would have to come back and have my appointment rescheduled because they couldn’t do what needed to be done while I was there . NO THANK YOU! Very unorganized establishment and did not even try to make their mistake right- GO SOMEWHERE ELSE - where they listen to you and value you and your time!
