Harpe Aesthetics and Wellness

Had an amazing facial and nano-needling with Joy. She took the time to explain everything and it was so relaxing. Prior to the facial I met with the PA and she took some time to explain many of the procedures they offered that I might be interested in in the future. I recommend getting a consult and a facial with Joy! 🩵

The staff here is great. Very accommodating and friendly. The young lady who did my injections was also lovely. However, the service I received and the results were disappointing. I have two lumps on the side of my face that, after three days are significant. I had asked for something that would minimize the loose skin around my mouth immediately. The product the young lady used was something I’ve never heard of but I was assured it would give me a good result. It really didn’t. Now, Ive written all this without having given Harpe Wellness the opportunity to solve this problem. I’m traveling so I’m not home to do that. Hopefully when I call Harpe I’ll get some resolution and I can come back with a revised review. Went back to Harpe for a follow up when I got back home. They showed me before and after pics. My complexion in the before pics was very pale and in the after pics I looked tan. For whatever reason this makes me suspicious. Even if the pictures were taken at a slightly different time of day the complexion difference was significant. That observation aside the after pics did show improvement …. but not in the area I wanted improvement. I don’t get Botox and rarely get filler so when I explain where I want the improvement and I’m looking for pretty immediate results as I’m going to be attending a party … that’s the improvement I’m expecting. Again, there was improvement but not where I wanted it. I’ve learned over the years that it’s not really the place you go to ( although you should always expect cleanliness, pleasant staff and friendly knowledgeable as well as experienced professionals ) it’s really the relationship between you and the person doing the injections. It’s important that you both be on the same page … that the person injecting you hears you … is listening to you and what you want.

Dr Harpe and his staff were professional, friendly, and took their time with me. Another very important thing for me is the feel of the place and the friendliness and happiness of the staff. I left there feeling well cared for by people who seem to be well cared for by their employers. I like that.

Today was my first time at HARPE laser and wellness and I could not have been happier. Everyone there was just lovely and very helpful. All of my questions were answered and they really took the time to listen to what my needs were and provided me with the best choices. I’m very much looking forward to working with them and achieving my best with their help.

I’m somewhat new with Harpe Aesthetics and wellness. So far it’s been a great experience. Everyone has made me feel so welcome and comfortable. Dr Harpe is working very hard, while making Professional decisions, to fulfill my needs!!!
