Had my first laser hair session and the experience was amazing. Morgan was the nurse who completed my procedure and she was amazing and so reassuring. The process was efficient but quick. The front desk staff was so polite and accommodating as well. Can’t wait to get more services completed by Ideal!

Mary was professional and courteous. She explained the each step of the process. Mary ensured that I was comfortable prior to performing the procedure. She showed me the product prior to usage. Mary was gentle and pain was minimal. She explained post procedures care and confirmed that I understood before discharge. The experience from the lobby to procedure was superb. I would definitely recommend!

This was my first time getting a facial done and I can not tell you how incredible the experience was. From the moment I came in, I felt so welcome. There were two amazing ladies at the reception and they were so nice and welcoming to me and all of the other clients there. Jai’la was the one who did the starting process with me. She is so kind and an incredible young lady! Also, I was treated by the amazing Morgan. She is lovely, took care of me, always made sure I was doing okay since it was my first facial ever and made me feel comfortable. Everything was a 10 out of 10!! Keep up the hard work ladies I will definitely recommend you to all of my friends and family!

My experience was good. My only issue was that I was scheduled at 3:10 PM. I made my appointment but my whole treatment was not completed due to the store was closing at 5 PM. I had two more sections to cover and that would have taken another hour. I had already paid my money for a full session, but got most of the areas taken care of except two areas. I just wished that they could have been more flexible to let the technician finish the last two remaining areas being that I drove out of town to come to that location. Other than that one little tiny issue, my experience was good.
