If I could give them zero stars I would! My referral was put in over a month ago and we even faxed it several times and they still said they don’t have it - they never answer the phone or call back! Worst doctors office I’ve encounter so far!!

Does not pick up the phone to save their life. Hope their front desk isn’t paid to answer or return calls because they don’t do it-

My husband has been dealing with a cyst on his back for over a year. First appointment to have it removed was told they are short on lidocaine and what they have they are saving for MOHS. Second appointment they rescheduled him and he never received the message. Today he goes in and they say oh you’re here for a routine cancer screening, at this point he is pissed, when he tells the MA there is some confusion here. So here comes the PA with a big smile telling him I have good news and bad news, at this point he is very pissed. Tells him oh you will need this removed at the hospital. Excuse me, so there was no doctor in the building which half the time there is none at all, and by law if your practice is ran by only PA and NP with out a physicians supervision that practice should not be operating. This place is very unethical in every way possible. I will be taking our skin care needs elsewhere and if he does not get a call back as to when this will be removed I will have him go elsewhere, so unprofessional!

I made an appointment in August and the earliest appointment was on October 16. They texted me two weeks before my appointment to say 'Your appointment has been cancelled due to the Provider being out of the office'. I called to reschedule and the earliest appointment was the end of January. 5 months after I originally called for an appointment. I found another Dermatologist.

I have been going here for some time now. My experience with Dr Polo was while he was still in the Navy. My hands were in terrible shape due to exema. My Dr asked him to look at them. I told me what to do for them. He said , "you're going to think I'm crazy but , try it". I did what he told me to do , and since then, I've only had one outvreak since then. Thats been 20+ years. I won't say what he told me to do. He may not like me telling his secrets , lol. But, I would highly recommend him , also Andrea in the Jacksonville office. I don't know her last name, without looking her up.
