Katie is amazing and always provides an exceptional experience. She takes the time to explain the benefits of each service and customizes the experience to my specific needs. Katie continually educates herself on the latest procedures and technology, she’s wonderful! The salon is comfortable and private, a true relaxation experience. My teenage daughters see her a couple times a year so they understand how to care for their skin as they grow up --- the girls love Katie!

I started going to Katie back in 2007 for acne treatment when I was teenager and she has been my go-to ever since! Now I make an appointment every chance I get when I'm in town from Raleigh because Katie is the best of the best! She is super knowledgeable about all things dealing with skincare and always recommends the best treatments and products. She has the sweetest and most bubbly personality and goes above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable and happy during your appointment. I had the Hyrdafacial at my last appointment and it's my new favorite treatment to book, hands down!! My skin felt super smooth and refreshed and I was glowing for the rest of the day!! My skin also felt extremely hydrated, which is much needed during these dry winter months. I even got to see all the gunk that came out of my pores and it was shocking! Katie is absolutely wonderful! She is such a talented esthetician. My eyebrows look amazing after my microblade session. She really takes the time to understand your wants and answer your questions. I always feel so relaxed when I leave following a treatment due to the spa like office. It is apparent she puts in the time and energy to research and try products before she makes recommendations, in turn saving me time trying to figure out what products are best for my skin. I don’t know about you but having one less thing to worry about or research is a life saver. Every time I leave I feel like I have just met with an old friend.
