Very kind and caring! I have been going here for over a year now and they are always kind, professional and courteous. They felt my deductible my insurance charge was too high so the lowered it by $100, wow! I really appreciate them looking out for my health and my money, thank you.

Outstanding dermatologist practice! Dr. Hefernen- Stroud's care and attention to my issue while on vacation, as well as her engaging style as a physician, was excellent. My issue was addressed immediately, and I received a follow up phone call from Dr. Hefernen-Stroud a week later to see how I was doing. The administrative staff were also top notch, and they even got me in for a same day appointment when I called. Highly recommend this practice!

I went to this office a year and a half ago for a rash they told me it was Eczema and treated me for it. A year and a half later the rash was worse than ever breaking out all over me . I found out I had scabies horrible scabies they misdiagnosed me! You may want to be really careful using these facilities Tidewater skin care!

Doctors are competent but the administrative staff is awful. Their handling of insurance issues has brought us to tears more than once in the past year.

I've been going to this place for years. I love them.
