The entire process, and appointment was great. From checking in , the receptionist was polite, friendly and professional. The attending nurse, April, was awesome. Professional, friendly and very informative. She told me what to expect and was happy to answer any questions. I really appreciate it when they see you as a person and not as just a number. The Dr. was nice, and professional as well. She got busy quickly and waisted no time with small talk. She did what she needed to do and I feel was very competent. Overall the experience was very good. Now I wait for my results.

Went in for Mohls surgery. Dr Farmer and his nurse took the time to answer my questions and explain each step. The surgery went well and was painless. My instructions for at home care were very clear and I was told the best ways to contact them if I had any issues.

Everyone was very pleasant and cheerful. Dr Frank was very pleasant and good at explaining things and I enjoyed talking with him and all the staff. Y'all are doing a GREAT job. Thank you.

They are professional and make you feel very comfortable. My mom had a referral from her doctor, but the dermatologist from Duke had a waiting time for appointments a year in advance. We walked into Forefront Dermatology, which was 5 minutes away, showed them the referral, and they gave Mom the appointment for the next morning. They were gentle and kind to my mom through her biopsy. I highly recommend them!

As far as PA Ferritto it was a very good experience. However, I showed up 10 minutes early like I was supposed to then waited 35 minutes, which was 25 minutes after my appointment time, to be brought into a room. It was only five minutes Until I saw someone however, now I have been waiting 40 minutes, 30 minutes after my appointment time. My time is very valuable to me, just as valuable as your time is to you and your practice. This caused me to miss lunch with my grandson
