There is a new policy that they will not take self pay Medicaid patients. I didn’t know this until I arrived, after having to get a baby sitter for my 4 children to make the appointment. I’m very disappointed that I wasn’t able to be seen. The woman at the front desk was still friendly but I do believe they should have let me know before I came.

My primary physician gave me a referral to have a mole looked at. I waited a month to get in. My appointment was for 1.45 pm. I arrived at 100 pm so that I could fill out my paperwork. She asked if had I filled out any paperwork online and I said no. She then replied I didn't think so. She was very unprofessional. I was then told that they couldn't accept my insurance as of two weeks ago. A phone call would have been nice. I wasted 2 hours of my time.

Not on time not professional sat in the hallway and talk about nonsense instead of doing their job. I would also like to add a cockroach fell from the ceiling onto me. Long story short this doctors office should have their license taken.

Continue to be unhappy with CSC. This will be my last visit. Had an appt at 8:15. Most offices like you to arrive a few min early, most patients arrive a few min early. Arrived at 8:04. Door licked, lights off.... finally Ms. Personality unlocks the door at 8:17. Instead of good morning, she informs me that they don't unlock until 8:15. How about informing the patient of this when the appt is made? How about a little smile to ease off with the annoyance I'm feelung? Then I had to WAIT...i have the first appt of the day.

Staff seemed very knowledgeable and friendly. Will recommend. New patient appointment only required about 45 minutes of my busy day. Thanks Dr. Gary and nurse Kim
