I've had several good experiences and appreciate the membership benefits. Plus the reasonable prices with earned rewards a nice way to try new things. Leanne is so kind and I'm always happy to see her! Paulina is a passionate esthetician who knows her stuff! Hannah (the owner) really cares about her business, she helped me with an issue and is very humble. I was nervous to start my skin care journey and this place has made it possible to feel comfortable while reaching my goals.

I recently moved to the area, so I really wanted to love Saltwater Spa because everyone there is lovely and seemed to have a wealth of knowledge and know how…BUT I spent more money on injections in two visits than I’ve ever spent on any botox-type product and had the least results I’ve ever ended up with. The first time I went in, I spent a little more $$$ than I usually do and noticed that I still had way way way more movement in my forehead than I ever had afterwards and barely even a drop of improvement in my chin area at all. I actually visited my adult daughter about a week later and she asked me why decided not to go for botox?!? I called to let them know I was unhappy and they said to wait a little longer, so I did. I ended up having to go back. I was told because it was my first time there she needed to understand how much I needed, etc and I left hopeful that I just needed more (though that would be a first!) , paid more!, and still had very little, if any more results. I’m 63 years old and have been getting this done for 15 years, so I have reference points right up until recently, and I simply cannot figure out where this went wrong. I do know that now I’m out a ton of $$$ and now will need to go elsewhere to get the results I’m used to and most would consider the minimum to expect.

I've been coming to Saltwater Medspa for weight loss injections for three months. Her spa is very beachy and relaxing. Hannah and her girls are very nice and professional. She has helped me with learning and understanding ways to be healthier and beauty tips. Right here in little ole Sunset Beach.

Just, yes. To all of it. Whatever you’re considering, just do it. I would literally trust Hannah and Brandy both any day of the week with a syringe full of whatever to do whatever they think needs be 😂🫶🏼 these girls are the best. So attentive, and gentle! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
