As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed, the office staff greeted me took all my information and I waited about 10 minutes then the nurse came and did the routine care and interview session. I apologize I can't remember her name but she was gery friendly and professional. Crystal Arrington the FNP came in and sat and actually talked to me and listened to my concerns and formulated a plan to make sure all my concerns were addressed. Highly recommend this practice.

Very friendly didn't have to wait but just couple of minutes after I checked In. There is a new P.A there that I saw christol Arrinton she is very very Efficient an very thorough I am an amputee they accommodate me any way they can. She takes her time an talks to you. To find out what's going on with you. I really trust them with my health. I would recommend this place an her to anyone. Absolutely great service.

Crystal Arrington is the best! Very knowledgeable and truly cares for her patients! Passionate in her work and it shows. Excellent care! She makes you feel comfortable and is very personable! Others that I know that sees her has the same sentiment... We love her! Staff is always nice.

12/17 wasn't the first time I was treated badly at this facility but it'll damn sure be the last! Someone's past mistakes DO NOT define them as a person, and being judged and treated unfairly because of mistakes I made almost 10 years ago is absolutely WRONG and I WONT STAND FOR IT! so if you want a good doctor's office stay away, but if you want to be treated badly this is the place for you!

Samantha Smith is my caregiver. She's wonderful. She listens to my answers, my concerns and my requests. She's accommodated me when she had to leave early once, but I didn't know, so I showed up for my appt. The staff contacted her, and she called not five minutes after I had left the office. We had a telehealth call! I do feel like I always have her full attention during my visits! Highly recommend!
