I want to give the best review that Dr. Steven M. Zoellner and his office deserve. From the day I called to schedule a consultation for my implant explantation, the receptionist was so kind and patient. Then, on the day of my evaluation, the nurse Payton was so friendly and listened to me attentively. When the doctor saw me, he took an hour or more to listen to me and explain what he would need to do. He gave me a sense of security and confidence that I had never felt before. His coordinator, Gretchen, is the best—her charisma is unique and makes you feel like you're in the right place. Every question was answered. Three days ago, I had my implant explantation with a lift, and I am truly amazed at the great work Dr. Zoellner and his team did. Additionally, he took time out of his Thanksgiving day to remove my drains, which is something not every doctor would do. He is a wonderful and kind person, and I am grateful to him and his entire team. There is a need for more doctors with the charisma and passion that he possesses.I recommend him 100 percent. Thank you doctor and thank you team.

I put off having my surgery for several years from being self conscious for the type of surgery I needed to have. I was willing to pay for my surgery out of pocket rather than let my insurance cover it when I met with Dr Zoellner and his staff. My insecurities went away when I met Wendy, Gretchen, and Payton during my consultation. The office is very clean and inviting. They have been so kind and welcoming. Dr Zoellner did an excellent job on my surgery and has exceeded my expectations with follow up care. Even when their office is closed you can still get in touch with the Dr and nurse within minutes. I could say many more great things. I am so glad I put my trust in Pinehurst Plastic Surgery Specialist.

Dr Zoellner is a humble, kind, and thorough provider. He patiently listened to me and my wants/needs and gave me exactly what I asked for. Honestly, he and his staff went way beyond my expectations and I am very happy with the results and care I received!

Beautiful, comfortable office. Everyone on the team here was very kind, my procedure felt like it went smoothly. My only issue here was when I came in for my pre-op appointment I tried to have a conversation about going up in size & wasn’t taken seriously. I then even called the office back after my appointment & stated 2 more times that I felt the size I was getting was going to be too small & was just told it would be fine. Not once in the 3 times I brought it up was I asked what exact size I was wanting or taken seriously enough to discuss it in further detail. They did a great job on the surgery but I honestly hate looking in the mirror at the procedure I had done because it’s not what I wanted. I wish I would have spoken up more firmly because honestly, it was my money being spent, but at the same time they should have been more open to listening & discussing what I wanted as an end result.

It’s been five months since my surgery and I am very pleased with my results. The staff was wonderful and Dr. Zoellner he’s wonderful as well. He answer all my questions was there for me in my time of need I would definitely recommend and will come back and do more business. My surgery was well worth it.
