I thought the PA I saw was very thorough. He did a great job explaining what he was seeing, and what treatments he would recommend and why. He spent plenty of time answering my questions and making sure I understood everything I was asking. Was also very impressed that the office was open on a day with inclement weather when most places were closed, I was able to keep my morning 10:30 appt.

For a specialist to have no wait is an office run efficiently. I felt they took the time to listen and communicate well. However they are in a building with several offices and a parking lot that is too small to accommodate it. Please leave yourself time to circle for 10-15 minutes minimum.

I have been going to Family Dermatology for a long time and I have seen several practitioners as they have come and gone from the practice. I have had experiences all along the board, however I must say I had a WONDERFUL experience with Melissa. They had to switch my appointment to see her and I am thrilled. She listened to me. She took her time with me. She followed through with what she she was going to do, and was just plain kind to her patient. Thank you!

I was able to get in on same day I called. The front staff were very kind, friendly, helpful with paperwork to get me seen quickly. Loved the Dr and her assistant as well. Took time to answer all of my questions and go over things with me.
