I had a great experience at LaserAway! The entire staff was friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. I just completed my first session of laser hair removal for my legs with Alana, and she was fantastic. She was knowledgeable, supportive, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the treatment. I’m excited to come back for the next 7 treatments and plan on purchasing another bundle to treat a different area. Highly recommend LaserAway for anyone considering laser hair removal!

Made an appointment over the phone, paid in advance. They canceled my first appointment same day, a few hours before I was scheduled, because no nurse was available. I get it, no issue, reschedule quickly and easily. I show up 20 minutes early for my 4:45 appointment and by 4:40 I have numbing cream on and thinking this will be quick. I was told 15 minutes and the nurse would come in to start. Nope. I waited 45 minutes before I finally gave up and returned to the front. I had been forgotten about, it appeared. At that point it had been nearly an hour and I was over it. Now I have to go through a whole process to get a refund. Absolutely unprofessional. I mean. Really. Forgot about a client sitting in one of those HORRIBLY loud treatment rooms.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 – Breonna is an absolute gem! From start to finish, she provided the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. She’s kind, attentive, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. On top of that, she’s a total girls' girl—supportive, friendly, and always looking out for her customers. She made my experience not just seamless but genuinely enjoyable. If every business had a Breonna, the world would be a better place! Highly recommend her service.

I've been getting my underarms treated at LaserAway, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! Alana has been my technician, and she is amazing—it's been painless every time (okay maybe a little spicy in a couple areas but not unbearable). The entire team is so friendly and professional, and they always make me feel comfortable. Everyone seems genuinely happy to be there, and it makes the whole experience even better. This place is amazing! The women here make you feel comfortable and safe. I’ve been going to them for 2 months now for various procedures and treatments. The results so far have been amazing. I will continue to go there for anything to make my body feel and look great!
