I called to get a same day appointment as a brand new patient due to a reaction, or something on my stomach. They made my appointment that day and Dr. Evan Darwin was who I met with. Everything was great from the moment I walked in the door. Every staff member I had contact with was so nice! Dr. Darwin was very nice and thorough. He not only prescribed medication, he also gave me instructions for daily care. I followed his instructions and my condition began to clear up within hours…… Dr Darwin is definitely my new Dermatologist!

I was able to get a next-day appointment. Office staff and Dr Hodinka were pleasant and competent. I didn’t have to wait long. My options were clearly explained, and my issue was solved.

The front desk staff is the best!!! They are the first people you come in contact with when you call, the first ones you see when you arrive and the last ones you see when you leave. I have had several encounters with them in a short period of time and they have been friendly and helpful every time. They never make me feel rushed, they are polite, and from what I've seen while waiting, they treat everyone that way. Danielle has been incredibly helpful in coordinating surgery and follow up appointments, as well as answering all of my questions in a timely manner. I am very happy to have come across Dr. Darwin. He has been honest and respectful handling my initial visit and follow up appointments. He is excellent at communication, he is kind and I trust him.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of consulting with Dr. Vikas Patel. He has consistently addressed a wide range of medical concerns with professionalism, expertise, and compassion. His genuine curiosity and commitment to staying abreast of the latest research are evident in his interactions. I am fortunate to have him as my healthcare provider. I share the same positive sentiments regarding Katie and the other dedicated staff members at the facility.

Do not waste your time at this practice. The doctors may be good but the receptionist is literally the most incompetent and rude person you will encounter at a medical practice. You will always get the voicemail and not get return calls for scheduling, or any questions. Dr Ju is an excellent dermatologist and I hope she finds a new practice because she is surely losing patients like me due to the lack of competence and rudeness of the reception staff.
