Select Family Practice and Urgent Care

I feel so “safe” at this practice. They are as caring and polite as they are professional. They encourage me to ask any questions and they took the best care of my 91 yr old mom that recently passed. They treated her as if she was theirs. I can’t say enough good about them and would encourage anyone looking for a group that will care for them well to look here first.

I was able to get in early on a Sunday morning to get my son’s cough diagnosed. They took my insurance and were quick and friendly. I highly recommend this place as an urgent care facility.

For urgent care.. they’re decent. But for anything beyond that, as in blood results, exams, and feeling like they are actual doctors.. I would say this is not the place. Me and my husband have been going here for years and noticed that the exams are so quick. First they ask you what’s wrong, then they check your heart rate, blood pressure and that’s it. After that, they don’t seem to have “answers” for anything that you may be going through health related. They talk about medications, but nothing else. If you get blood results, they don’t call you to tell you that they are in. You have to literally blow their phone up. My husband was having health issues and got blood work done twice here and they never called him on both accounts. He has to email and call them like crazy. Then he was waiting on a specific blood test to come back and they told him that they were going to send it off. He waited for weeks calling to check in constantly. They told him that it’ll be in soon etc. (basically lied) come to find out, they never even sent the blood test out. He found that out today. Very incompetent on their part. Idk if I would necessarily say there are “doctors” here. They are quick to prescribe you medicine but don’t have answers for anything and can’t seem to explain your blood results either. I had low iron on my blood results and they told me that all my blood results looked good. Which wasn’t true. No longer going here. There are better doctors out here for sure.

This is the best urgent care I’ve ever been to. Small, clean, great location. The entire staff was kind, attentive, and seemed happy to be there on a Sunday. There were no other patients there at the time I was. The doctor listened to my concerns, and I was in and out in no time. All with my 5 year old in tow, who said “wow mom, your doctors are so nice!” Thanks yall. 🙌🏻

Wonderful practice! I was diagnosed with pneumonia last week and the doctors and staff took excellent care of me! They were knowledgeable and empathetic. I highly recommend this establishment.
