Highly recommend Katrina! I had no idea what to expect. They scan your face (my scans were scary lol) and after the facial explain the scans. Katrina was amazing! She focused on hydration and dead skin removal. I have not been so relaxed in a long time! My face feels fabulous! I recommend you go try it!

My experience at this establishment has been a nightmare. From being triple billed for first appointment (had to get refund), appointments changed because that one was taken , sorry. Text messages with incorrect information. Stern emails about making appointment addressed to someone not me. Hard sell for the package. Trying to say no was.. uncomfortable. Retuned the skin care package and discontinued the package 2 days after purchasing. Now I’m told no refunds. Staff person never said that. On the 2 occasions I was there. I never received a receipt. I’m now stuck with a big charge on my credit card with nothing to show for it. I don’t know why they are so mean… I received a response from the owner. It said they would resolve the issue. But the response seems to have been deleted..? I wondered if they were going to try to get the refund for me.

The face massage was great! I really enjoyed the treatment and i will definitely return for more skin treatments.

I had a wonderful facial experience with Samantha today at Serenity Spa. She was very professional, knowledgable, and gentle. I did not want my facial to end. The manager was very warm and welcoming. I learned a lot about my skin and how to improve it.

My Facial from Samantha was Absolutely Awesome!! My skin is glowing spots are gone and skin feels tighter! Definitely 10/10! And Sol was WONDERIFUL excellent customer service!! I'll be back!!!
