This used to be such a great practice. The best ever as a matter of fact. Now no one gets back to you when calling or texting. The person at the front desk is really really bad. I wish the old folks never left. I used to see Nicole and she was the best. I call to make an appointment with her and the receptionist dryly tells me kind of as a matter of fact "Oh Nicole had switched roles and doesn't do this anymore." It would have been nice to be notified especially her clients be notified by the office staff. It's not her fault. The management needs to be revamped with professional staff and not Gen Z people working at the front desk that don't give a crap about their patients. I'm so disappointed. Been going here since 2008 or so.

Ashley and Corina are the best!! They make you feel so welcome and supported from the minute you walk in. Ashely is knowledgeable and straight forward which I appreciate in an injector. I informed her of my concerns and overall objective, within seconds she understood and provided the results I was hoping for. This was my first experience with lip filler and I’m so pleased! My only regret is that I didn’t book sooner! I would highly recommend them for all your MedSpa needs.

Absolutely the worst in customer service!! I had been a regular consistent client and always schedule my appointments before I leave the facility and put it on my calendar…every 4 weeks to be exact. So I go and I’m scheduled 8 weeks out instead of my 4….why? Apparently they made a scheduling mistake… Mistakes happen but the dry apology and not taking the responsibility for your mistake is what gets me. I service clients all the time and if they are unhappy or a mistake is made I always except responsibility sometimes even if I was correct. It is my responsibility to make sure all clients are happy and if they are not I do my best to accommodate….I’m floored at the response and energy given by Alexis and I will never refer any of my facial clients to this facility for medical treatments. In response to the lie that was told in response to this review it was stated that the provider was fully booked that day and I would not be seen. So it’s crazy that the response was a bold face lie!! They offered me an appointment 2 weeks out!! This is hilarious. Again no responsibility excepted just run from this facility.

I would highly recommend Medspa810! The team is very friendly. They offer many different services, which they take the time to walk you through each treatment. I have experienced great results after only a couple sessions with Nurse Katie. She is kind, professional and knowledgeable about their products. She always makes me feel comfortable during each session!

Have been here a few times for various things and Nurse Kristen is amazing! She takes the time to really look at my skin and features and help me make the best decisions for my treatment without pushing things on me. She is very detail oriented and makes sure she is always taking the time to things correctly. She really cares about her patients and works hard to make sure I am comfortable and I know what to expect. I will not trust my face to anyone else!
