First impression as I walked in the waiting area was very clean and organized . The checking process was very smooth and the staff very friendly. Wating time was very acceptable and Julie (Dr. Huang's assistant was very sweet, welcoming and professional, I loved her). Dr. Huang was exceptional, took the time to listen to all my concerns, I didn't feel rushed at any time. He is very knowledgeable, professional, caring, I am extremely happy that I chose that practice. I would like to say thank you to each one I interacted with who made me feel welcomed.

Would never recommend or go back here. Specifically saw Mrs Natalie Sun, rushed visit & didn't help with what I went in for. It’s also noteworthy that the front staff women are extremely rude. UPDATE 1/7/25: I just wanted it to be known that this facility said they would reach out to “learn more about your concerns” but they have not. Another example of this facilities lack of leadership, communication and accountability.
