My husband booked me a full day of treatments as a surprise which included, a facial, manicure, pedicure, hour massage & a wash with a “blowout” which on the site includes lunch from Olive Garden or Long horn. I got there & was filling out paperwork & apparently wasn’t fast enough & had to pick my lunch while the lady hovered over me. Which wasn’t long horn or Olive Garden. Spankys was one of my options & I don’t even know what the name of the other place was I didn’t even get to fully look at the menu so I hurried & choice the first thing I seen on spankys menu that I knew I’d eat which was a basic sandwich & lays chips.Got my facial, then my manicure (which was regular polish for almost a 400$ spa day you’d think they’d at-least use gel polish) wasn’t 3 hrs later 3 nails were chipped. Don’t get me wrong the nail tech was as sweet as she could be & did a good job but lets be honest normal polish always chips right off. The lady that did my massage was great at her job as well. Then my pedicure. The hairstylist was nice but the wash was nothing special & she just dried & curled my hair I was in & outta the chair in no more than 30 minutes. Overall it was ok but definitely wouldn’t let my husband book it again. It was semi relaxing but not worth the money to be honest. Do yourself a favor & just get a massage instead of the whole package. If Greystone sees this & the husband is booking the appointment give them the option of gel or normal polish most men don’t realize their is a huge difference!!!!
Ive been going to Greystone for several years and never had a bad word to say about the place. I've been to both locations with no complaints and Sheila the owner has always been lovely. Today however, was the worst hair experience I have ever had. I felt uncomfortable and unwanted the entire time of my visit which spanned about 3 hours. For context, I had made an appointment for my regular highlights the previous Saturday. I told the stylist Vicky what I wanted (she had done my hair twice previously). She tried something new which was fine, we both agreed to try it. Neither of us liked the result, so she redid the root color. I paid, tipped 20% and left. I got home and realized I absolutely hated the color. I reached out to the salon and the stylist got me in for the next Saturday to fix it. I arrived today and immediately felt the hostility from the stylist. She clearly felt upset that she was having to take time out of her schedule to fix her mistake. After showing her a picture of the color I wanted which was the color she should have done the first time around, she did not speak to me the rest of the visit. complete silence for hours. She left at one point without a word to do another client.I didn't mind she had another client, but she could have spoken and said, "I'm gonna go do this client, be back soon". She then sent over another girl to wash, blow-dry and style my hair. Never looked at the color as it was blowdried. She came over as I was paying to ask if I liked it. Now you want to know if I like it? It's a little late for that. The color was fine. What I'm upset about was the way I was treated by her. She was whispering to another stylist and kept leaving during the color to go over and talk to her. She made a point of saying "now I'm 30 minutes behind". I'm sorry, that's not my problem. I paid (in total $400) and left and told the girl at the desk to cancel all future appointments. I will never give my business to this salon again. It's a shame one rude apple had to ruin an otherwise positive years long relationship with Greystone. Do better and treat your clients with respect.
This place is phenomenal!!! The staff were amazing as well. I went in for a 90 min massage and came back out walking on air. I HIGHLY recommend Amanda if you're in need of a relaxing massage. The decor and vibe is breathtaking!!! If you're looking for a place to unwind, this is it!!!!
First haircut in years. Feels good to have the ends trimmed and everything evened out. Very nice staff. Good environment, no complaints. I would have gone to Salisbury Salon but scheduling didn't permit. It is good to have options in town and I don't feel I was "stepping down" in any way, just a different option that fit my timing.
Made an appointment to get my 7 year old daughter’s haircut a few weeks ago. We have visited the Klumac location a couple times and was always pleased with her hair and experience. This time, however, was way different. Vickie was her stylist. Dry cut, took her maybe 5 minutes then tried to charge me $45! I can understand if maybe a cut, shampoo and blow dry was involved but that’s outrageous. Not to mention once we got in the car I noticed her hair was crooked. I was only ever charged $25 at the other location which I was expecting as this location. I would think it wouldn’t have been different nor was the pricing ever communicated before her hair was cut. We will not be back.
