Very good experience! Staff was courteous and very helpful. Dr. Shepard explained what he was seeing and what he thought about it. This was the first time he was seeing me as a new patient. He’s a very nice doctor. It would have been a little better if we had introduced each other. Overall a great experience.

My husband and I both see Dr. “Larry” Napolitano at PPSD in Shelby. He and his staff are great! Dr. Larry is always in a pleasant and cheery mood. Staff says he is like that all the time to not only patients but also to staff. He is very professional and knowledgeable. We both would highly recommend him and this practice.
