I visited with a rash and was treated with two medicines. A week later I returned and the rash had spread significantly and intensified. I was told I needed to give the medication more time despite my insistence it was worse. It continued to spread and become more serious over the next week. At this point I had lost faith in the practice and went to my primary physician who prescribed a steroid. Within 36 hours I saw a significant improvement and within a week it was all gone. My issue is the doctor did not listen to me as a patient and what I was sharing. Rather, they doubled down and as a result I went through an additional week of discomfort.

They do NOT care about their Patients! This family owns lots of businesses we discovered & are greedy $ hungry people that use people & love things not vice versa! They’ve had a turnover in staff who are extremely rude & leave people on hold way too long when one calls and if you can even get ahold of a person ! surprised their reviews status is even in the 3’s with all the negative reviews ...Going somewhere else! would rather drive to Asheville or even TN to have better service. At least there’s better shopping & restaurants there so can make it a pleasant experience versus a negative one with a professional or accurate diagnosis or prognosis !

Probably the most incompetent office I’ve ever come across on the East Coast. Everyone is super sweet and kind to your face, but the minute you look away they go sour. The receptionists are clueless. The assistants did my labs wrong. The PA-C I saw was nice to me in person, but trying to get a hold of her afterwards was atrocious. I have been told by the locals to steer clear, and I should have listened. Now I’m seeing someone in Asheville.

I don’t understand the phone system there. When calling in, the majority of the time you do not get a live person. Instead their system picks up telling u to leave a voicemail because they are on the other line, however it then immediately goes to a fast paced busy signal, where you cannot leave a message.

Dr. Patterson was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure my child was given the treatment he needed. Every staff member I spoke to was kind and helpful. We had an issue with a med and it was handled quickly and the staff called to check in and ensure we got it resolved. Thank you!
