Dr. E. Bruce Jones - Facial Plastic Surgery

I recently had what I consider an emergency. As Dr Jones had said to me, if you need me call the office. I did just that. One of his ever so kind staff members advised me that perhaps I needed to go to the emergency room which they are trained to do as protocol. I said to the nurse "Dr Jones knows what he is doing". I thought for a moment do I go to the ER and take a chance on getting someone who doesn't know my 17 yr history with Dr Jones God forbid and possibly get someone who has to go on Google to possibly look up how to place a bed pan under me? This is rather scary. As promised Dr Jones took time out of his surgery day to see me. If you have an ENT problem put yourself with who you think is best for your situation. God Bless I at the worst could have been been standing in line at heaven's gate behind someone with a credit card. That certainly would not be acceptable. Dr Jones and I have both expressed our various opinions but when it came to physician expertise, Dr Jones stayed true to his word. I hope many more people will have a similar experience and come WALKING out giving God all the glory. Dr Jones performed immediate in office surgery on me and I gave God all the Glory. My advice call E Bruce Jones first, then make your decision. Bless you Dr Jones and staff. No not out of the woods yet but for that day I avoided the morgue. As a Christian I win either way. My husband’s ear is now worse than before after Dr. Jones worked to clean it. Much pain was involved. Two weeks post visit his hearing is worse, much worse. Would not recommend him to anyone.

I love Dr Jones and of course his staff. They are nice and respectful. Dr Jones does not rush you and makes sure you understand. He makes sure to help you.

Dr. Jones gives you all the time you need. He makes sure his patients are fully informed. He is a caring and very competent physician.

Dr Edward Jones is truly an amazing ENT. Explains everything and details. To where you feel very comfortable. Very pleased with his work. Thank you.
