I was surprised at how fast they had me in and out! I was a new patient, I filled out my paper work and turned it in, I maybe sat in the waiting room for 10mins then was called to the back, and right after the nurses left the room the doctor was in. Everything was very prompt. Everyone was so friendly.

Friendly courteous staff, I'm a new patient and very happy with their service and expertise.

I needed to make an appointment for a skin scan and called the Washington, NC office. It rolled over to the Greenville office (unbeknownst to me) and they couldn't give me an appointment before 3 months. I asked if this was the Washington location and Elizabeth said it was the Greenville location. She said I needed to call the Washington location number, which I had done. Apparently, in order to make an appointment at the satellite locations, you have to talk directly with them and it is just a matter of catching someone at the right time since there are just a few staff. Elizabeth was totally unhelpful with no empathy whatever on the phone. I've decided to take my business elsewhere. I would suggest that the offices become more integrated if they are going to have the phone system roll over to another location without any communication to the caller.
