After literally YEARS of telling my GP I don't feel right, I finally felt heard when I went to BioSymmetry, I wasn't rushed or dismissed. If you feel your hormones may be playing a role in how you feel, I urge you to go see Dr. Holmes. ALSO - on a side note, the day I went to go see Dr. Holmes - I had seen my endocrinologist earlier that day - we went over my #'s and my TSH was on the VERY low side of normal - endo said "stay the course" and sent me on my way. Dr. Holmes spent time educating me and actually confirming my thoughts for 20 years that I needed T3 and not just T4. I am feeling a bit better already. Your GP has no clue about thyroid, hormones, etc. Make yourself a priority and make an appointment today.

I lost 70 pounds recently with diet and exercise. In spite of my efforts I continued to struggle with back pain. I couldn't stand for longer than 30 minutes, this was especially inconvenient considering I love history, traveling, and visiting museums. I came to biosymmetry in October 2024 and began m-sculpting. The staff was really helpful. They answered all my questions and gave me advice on how to improve my eating habits.
