👇🏼TLDR: Aleta is incredibly skilled, trustworthy, educated, up to date, connected with top professionals— if questioning provider options, absolutely choose to see Aleta! Do not waste time or money elsewhere :) In full: when originally choosing a local provider to go to, I did not do enough research and deeply regret my original choices. I have since been on my own trying to advocate for myself in search of providers to reach the results I intended. After several different local offices both large and small, I was feeling disheartened that each office was the same revolving door ushering clients in and out and not able or willing to hear my needs and concerns. In a last ditch effort (this really was my last attempt before I gave up entirely), I went into United Medical- and everything about it was different in the most impressive way. My concerns were immediately acknowledged and validated the moment I checked into the front desk. Once I got back to the room, Aleta had necessary imaging tools on hand that were not available elsewhere, and was knowledgeable in how to use them and immediately had a more comprehensive understanding of my needs. Aleta was instantly an ally, initiating referrals to other professionals and collaborating with top colleagues globally to assist me in the best way possible. She has stayed on top of working together to ensure the best possible care and services are provided, which is extremely generous to me considering I was not an original client of hers (although I wish I had been). Aleta truly is kind, knowledgeable, continuing to be educated on the most up to date techniques and equipment, she has been honest and transparent, and self aware enough to know when to make referrals. I cannot say enough kind words about her and her office. But if it can save anyone else any time or money or strife, please trust that Aleta is truly one of a kind in the best way possible and I will continue to highly recommend her to anyone and everyone!

I have been to the best injectors in DC, VA and MD area and here locally. Hands down Aleta is the most knowledgeable in the field. She actually cares about your skin care and walks you through each step of the process. She is not just an injector, she is an expert in the field. She plans out your future appointments and gives HONEST input regarding expected results. Very happy I did my research and found her. Staff is kind and welcoming too!

Aleta’s office is very cozy and vibrant, which makes me feel at ease. Aleta is so knowledgeable and a true expert, I feel safe placing my care in her hands. I did a partial IPL treatment for dark blue veins under my eyes. Aleta made them disappear in one treatment! This service is magic and Aleta checked in on me consistently through the procedure. Appointments here are quick, yet efficient and I leave feeling better! I recommend Aleta for any cosmetic needs!

recently had a CO2 laser treatment, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results! The entire experience was incredible from start to finish. The staff is absolutely fantastic — they made me feel so comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all my questions.
