Great experience all around. Front of desk & scheduling staff were very friendly & helpful. As for my actual appointment, Christi Dolinar was excellent! So knowledgeable with a great manner & approach about her. She took her time examining me, inquired thoroughly about my current skincare routine & answered all my questions. She inspired such confidence that I scheduled with her that day my first ever Botox appointment. I’ve been thinking of doing it for about a year now, but never found anyone I truly trusted with my face, until my appointment with Christi. Excellent experience all around, 10 out of 10.

The receptionists were both so pleasant and accommodated my request for a Tuesday appointment. Dr.Appel is always thorough in his exam and asks if I have any concerns. I feel that he truly listens to what I have to say.

Have been seeing Dr Appel for years. He’s terrific as are his staff members. Low wait times are the best!

First time client at this office. I had gone in for a routine checkup and everyone in the office was super nice. I had spoken to the doctor about a prescription for a type of Tretinoin cream to use on my face. I got the notification from the pharmacy a few days later that it was ready to order. When I visited the site, I noticed the prescription was called “Chemotherapeutic cream” which looking it up online, helps break down skin cancer cells. I knew there must have been some mistake, as this was not discussed with the doctor. It was a challenge getting to speak with anyone in the office, but they eventually messaged me in my client portal that they did in fact issue the wrong prescription and apologized. If I wouldn’t have questioned the prescription and just ordered it, I potentially could have really damaged my face. Again, the people at the office are very nice, but it’s going to be too hard to trust this office again and will be going elsewhere for my exam next year.

I have Waited two months for an appointment. 3 days before my appointment I get a call saying its cancelled due to the the doctor Samantha Bowman, has know decided she’s no longer seeing patients on Fridays. So I have to know wait another month to be seen for cancer on my chest that irritated and bleeding. Then telling me to call in And check periodically. No ma’am yall done this so yall should call me and fit me in . Not to happy with them.
