Windsor Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center

My mother is the admissions director at this facility. I had to stop by a couple of weeks ago and I’m used to walking into some facilities with an overbearing smell, but when I walked into this facility, it smelled so clean I was in shock! Shout out to the awesome housekeeping staff at this facility and Nursing for making sure that this facility does not smell like a regular nursing home. I think that families probably feel good when they come there to visit their family members knowing that it’s a clean place.

My Beautiful Mother is now at this facility. I had my doubts at first but when I tell you my mind has been changed. Momma is happy and healthy and thriving. There is one wonderful staff member Ms. Lisa the activity coordinator for the residents, she will go above and beyond to make sure everyone is included and involved in some type of activity. My brothers and I can’t thank Ms. Lisa enough for her kindness and respect and professionalism in her position. They need a few more Ms. Lisa’s there in different positions.

Whenever I'm at the facility it's clean. The staff is remarkable, they are pleasant, helpful and always smiling. They are always willing to give a helping hand. The residents get along very well with the staff. It has a very warm atmosphere

I can’t thank Mrs. Speller, Activity Director enough for her unwavering dedication and care for my loved one. She brings joy and engagement to everyone at the home. Mrs. Speller’s creative activities not only keeps residents mentally and physically stimulated but also fosters a sense of community and belonging. Thank you so much Mrs. Speller for your gracious heart and patience with my loved one.

I cannot say enough great things about this rehab center. They truly go above and beyond for their patients! The staff is outstanding—kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. They create such a positive environment with activities like bingo, which the patients really enjoy, and they even celebrate each patient’s birthday, making everyone feel special and valued. It’s heartwarming to see the effort they put into their care. Highly recommend this place to anyone in need of a supportive and compassionate rehab facility!
