Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Dermatology - Country Club

My visit was quick and professional. The staff was friendly and efficient. No long waits so my appointment went faster than I had anticipated. Next steps were explained clearly and the lab results came back before expected. All of my experiences with this office have been very positive and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

From the front desk & nursing staff to "Shay" the BEST medical visit I have had in a VERY LONG time. All Very welcoming, courteous, friendly, & helpful. Shay Shaw was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, & affable. Will be returning for future wellness visits.

I got there early, and they were able to take me early, which was a treat. The intern and the doctor were both very nice and helpful. The doctor even worked with me to find the cheapest source of the medicine and coupons. Above and beyond service!

Super bowl commercial filled with lies. It’s impossible to get a timely appointment. I called last week and it’s 9 months out, with a PA, not a doctor! Meanwhile, my hands crack and bleed daily doing normal activities and are in constant pain. I can’t believe Atrium paid for a Super Bowl ad to tell you could get care at any time when it’s so far from the truth. We need competition in Winston-Salem from competent firms that actually want to help patients.

Highly do not recommend. Go somewhere else. Should’ve read the terrible reviews first. And expect to wait 1 year to be seen even for a referral. I called and told these incompetent people that I was stuck in traffic, they told me I could still come but when I arrived 3 minutes later they said I had to reschedule??? Told them Ill find somewhere else Dr. Zeynep Akkurt Obviously do not care about her patients which is probably why her schedule was open in the first place
