Katie is very patient and answers all of your questions before doing anything. It was painless and went well. I am enjoying the refreshed look! I went back to Katie for Dysport and she worked with me on a plan to minimize heavy brows and lids. The results are so good! I have a lot of confidence in Katie. This place is way too corporate for me. I simply want a place where I can get a facial treatment without having to sign a binding contract with a monthly membership fee and long list of rules - most of which involve additional fees. The folks who greet you and take your calls are extremely nice and very professional. They’re also likely paid based on new memberships, # of appointments booked, monthly revenue, member retention, and products sold. I’m also leery of some of the customer reviews - perfectly written to hit the VIO marketing points. This business has the fingerprints of a well paid C suite, a lot of bankers and wealthy investors. The priority is YOY revenue growth, not the individual. There are plenty of places out there where you can get quality med spa services without having to sign up for the VIO treatment.

I got a hydrafacial with aesthetician, Savannah, and it was great!! If you go, ask for her! The facility is very nice. Overall, I had a great experience and will be back!
