So my daughter was recently sent to this dermatologist office and from the beginning. Something just wasn't right. The medication that they prescribed for my daughter was too high. Took him a month to get it together within that month. I nevermind I kept receiving phone calls from the nurse. Never from the Doctor there's no communication at this office. I called in and let them know. Hey I found a medication that my daughter could possibly make. She kept having very bad outbreaks. Her appointment wasn't scheduled until January. This phone call was made Tuesday of this week. I've waited call back this morning, which is the 6? November 06, 2024 still no communication from this office. If there's no communication, the Doctor's office is no good to you. Especially when it comes to your children. Your children are everything with that being said. I have removed my child from this office. You don't give someone a 24 to 48 hour. And then you just don't communicate. You don't leave a message. You don't send an email. You don't do anything you have to do. What's right? By the patient and I could clearly see that this office has not done anything right by my daughter. So I have removed my child from this office. Because this is not good for her. It's not good for me and the health and well-being of your child is everything and yourself. As a parent, you have to do what's best for your child. Good luck to you guys that stick with them. But this is just not for me. This is just not my cup T the receptionist when they answered the phone. They act like they were raised outside in a barn. They sit on phone and silence. They don't say another word to you. Then you've got some that are in there. That are just wonderful, beautiful, outstanding people. But then you got the ones that think that the world revolves around them. When a parent is trying to communicate with a receptionist with a good attitude and talking respectful. And you have a receptionist that gets on the phone. Yeah, what can I do for you? Yeah, you're not the office for me or my child. Everyone everyone have a blessed day.

Dr. Chris is the Gods of dermatology!! Very passionate and her skills are unmatched. I love the office setting. It’s beautiful. If you want the best treatment by the best hands, see Dr. Chris!! She gets you snatched every time.

I absolutely recommend anyone that needs a good acne treatment, facial, or in need of good face products to go to Ashley at WS dermatology. I have had acne all my life and had been to multiple dermatology offices. I was put on Acutane twice and my face has never glowed and felt hydrated more since going to Ashley.

This practice was totally inefficient and unprofessional, I don’t get the impression this is a place to go unless you just want Botox and to spend money on cosmetics. I made an appt for my son (2 years-old) and myself, one for 10am and one 11am. I specifically asked if we could be seen together or closer together to make it easier with a toddler and I was told no that I had to wait until 11 for mine, so ok that’s alright. Then the day of the appt my car had been idle for too long and it wouldn’t start. I called them to warn them and they said they have a 15 minute grace period and I said I’d be there at least by my appt at 11 and she tells me my appt is 10:30. 11am was double downed on when I asked on the phone when I made the appointment but I just roll with it because we’ll be there by then and at least my son can be seen. We walk into the reception room at 10:16 and I figured we’d miss that appointment although a little bit of grace would be nice. The receptionist just coldly told me it was past the window and then asked if I wanted to have him seem at 11:30. I said I didn’t know if he’d be cooperating and awake that long and I want to just do our 10:30. She walks away for a while and then comes back and asks for my insurance that I already provided over the phone when I made the appointment. It’s 10:30 by this point and another woman walks out and says “it’s 10:30, we have a 10:45” with a tone implying they may not get to see me. I said I’d been here almost 20 minutes already and she just said well you’re a new patient and you have to fill out paperwork so I said that could have already been done and they went silent and seemed to be angry with me. I wasn’t trying to be rude that was just the truth and I couldn’t understand why there was so much confusion and undue burden to just get into my appointment at 10:30. I get and fill out of the paperwork and they continued to ignore me. It got to 10:45 and after seeing several people arrive and get called back I asked what time the appointment was for the last person called back and the receptionist said “I just work up front, I’m not clinical”, with a huffy attitude shrugging her shoulders and looking at me like I’m crazy. It wasn’t a clinical question. I figured they were going to tell me that they couldn’t see me then either for whatever reason and I just left. That was so bizarre and is almost like they didn’t want to see us. PS: they also tried to tell me they wouldn’t see my son and I together and I had to be like well he’s two so…we will. Something is not right in the air at this place and again maybe if you just want cosmetic procedures they’d treat you better but if you have expectations for real medical dermatology you should go somewhere else.

Extremely busy and hard to get an appointment anytime soon. That should be a very good thing. However, this facility does not send reminders and will bill you $50 for a no-show. So if you have an annual checkup or an appointment 4 months down the road, you better keep good notes. That's not good business practice. Otherwise, the appointments when you make them are handled well enough. Yes, I'm mad and I'll never go back.
