I have been a patient at West Derm for two years now, and Dr. Henry Yu has been an absolute pleasure to work with. From acne, to hyperhidrosis and everything in between- he’s helped me manage- or completely relieve- my dermatological issues. He is professional, works efficiently and has great bedside manner. He takes the time to listen to my concerns attentively- and shows genuine interest in my improvement. I’ve already referred my mother, sister and niece to his office. I highly recommend him as a dermatologist! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The clinic is very organized and hygienic. The wait time is usually no more than 15 minutes (especially if you book an early morning appointment). And I’ve never had any issues with getting prescriptions (re)filled. Before setting up your first appointment, call ahead to ensure your insurance is accepted! There’s a Dunkin’ Donuts across the street if you need a cup of coffee- and a Rite Aid Pharmacy downstairs if you need to kill time before an appointment.

Thanks to Dr. Emmanuel for being very respectful and helping me with my problem, but above all, thanks to the manager Iris, who is the most professional, kind and humble person I have ever met in my life. If you want to have the best service, do not hesitate to visit this dermatological office.

I took my 9 month old to Dr. Agnant for eczema. After constantly hearing “they grow out of it”, it was refreshing to meet a doctor who was very knowledgable and eased my concerns. My baby’s skin is so smooth after following the new regime and I couldn’t be happier.

I’ve been under the care of Dr. Emanuel and he is an excellent Dr. He does not rush you but rather takes his time and explains everything to great detail. He is compassionate, understanding and has all the answers towards my questions. The front desk girls are efficient and courteous to the patients including the assistants. I don’t understand the negative reviews, that has not been my experience at all but rather the opposite. In the past I’ve been there for multiple visits with not one complaint. I recommend West Derm very highly. If you’re looking for good professional service, this is the place to go to. Thank you to everybody!
