We had such a wonderful experience at LIC LAB, and it’s all thanks to Erika. From the moment we walked in, we could tell she genuinely cares about her patients. Unlike other med spas we’ve visited, where the focus seemed more on making a sale, Erika is all about providing the best care. With her background in the ER, you can feel the depth of her experience and the attention she gives to every patient. She never pushes treatments or dosages you don’t need, and she takes the time to explain everything so you understand what’s best for you. Was referred to LIC Lab by my friend and Erika has been amazing! I’m still relatively new to Botox, and over the past two years, I’ve tried multiple offices with varying experiences. In the past, I’ve had injectors use too much Botox on my forehead, which left my eyes droopy and uneven for months. Erika, on the other hand, carefully assessed my needs and recommended a minimal amount to achieve the results I wanted while avoiding that issue.
