Apex Skin Ashtabula

This is the second time I have had a skin cancer scan and both times it and easy process. The doctor and assistant were very professional but not cold and sterile robots. I know some people are worried about putting on a paper gown and standing in front of people but this is an essential thing that you should have done for peace of mind at the very least.... And it's not like that the doctor hasn't seen everything a million times. Go have a scanned on and know that you are skin cancer-free!

I am a regular annual patient but was able to get a quick out of schedule appointment to have some potential issues looked at. When I arrived the receptionist was busy with another patient but I was able to check in using their digital pad. I was called back only a few minutes past my appointment time and was quickly reviewed by the nurse, who shortly afterward brought in the dermatologist. She looked at my issue, and treated that and several other areas she noticed or that I pointed out. I was finished in less than 20 minutes from my appointment time.

I was very pleasantly surprised. Wait time was probably 10 minutes. The staff and Doctor were very welcoming, friendly and professional. She looked at the area I was concerned about explaining that it was caused from sun damage. and treated it immediately. I highly recommend Apex Skin.

Easy check in, minimal wait time, courteous staff, and great conversation with the doctor. Answered all my questions, gave me samples to start right away while my Rx was setup with my pharmacy and booked my next appointment right in the exam room. Great experience!

I had a great experience at Apex in Ashtabula OH yesterday ( 1/9/25) with Melissa Vance (NP) and Carmen ,her assistant. The staff got me in same day ( amazing) & I would highly recommend Melissa Vance & staff at Apex. She has a lot of knowledge & helped me, plus they are very friendly there. I am returning next month for overall check. SS
