I’ve been with VIO Med Spa for years now and I always see Emma. She is excellent!! First, you feel like her best friend, she explains everything so well, even if I have a ton of questions, and her work is amazing and she is very professional. She even patiently helped me understand a product better when I was confused after I bought it. I can’t say enough good things about Emma and the Avon location. This is honestly a real review bc I just feel so appreciated and heard when I see Emma. Go see Emma during the day, so I can keep all my evening and weekend appointments. 🤣

From the moment you walk in, this place is a dream. It smells fantastic & the front desk girls are so sweet & accommodating! I’ve been seeing *Emma* for wrinkle relaxer for 3 years. She is the absolute BEST! My skin looks wonderful and natural. I have referred so many friends & family to her. They all love her just as much I do.

I have been coming to VIO med spa in Avon for the past 8 months and I’ve always had an amazing experience each time. The entire staff is extremely welcoming and so kind. I was very fortunate to be able to get in Emma Gainer this spring and have never looked back. As a first time client, she made the whole wrinkle relaxer and injectables process very easy and comfortable. She really listened to all the concerns that I had about my skin and was able to guide me in the right direction. She is truly a magician with the needle and provides the best results for her clients. The combination of Emma and Julia is unmatched at VIO Avon, best injector and esthetician combo! Julia does a great job of addressing your skin concerns and recommends the best products/routine to address them. Coming from someone who rarely had a skin care routine or ever got a facial before this, I now really look forward to my facials with her each time! They both helped turned the clock back on aging and my skin has never looked better!

Emma is amazing!! Emma had helped me dissolve my lip filler that was way over filled and create a game plan to re-fill my lips but this time with a fresh start to create a more natural lip. I did have another nurse practitioner at VIO refill my lips after the initial dissolve and unfortunately felt that my lips were not symmetrical and overall didn’t look how I thought they would or wanted. I will say I have “M” shaped lips and it appears that it’s a really difficult shape to fill so I don’t want to bash the other nurse practitioner…. I just felt like after 2 separate dissolving sessions that the team encouraged me to do and expressing how important the re-fill was for my upcoming wedding, it wasn’t quite what I expected. I booked another appointment with Emma and she created symmetry + gave them the plump look I wanted without overdoing it. Dissolving lip filler is not for the faint of heart!! At the end of the day I’m very satisfied with how Emma got me to where I wanted to be. She’s awesome! 10/10 recommend booking her for lip filler.

Emma is such a skilled injector. My favorite is when she explains the science behind her placement or reasoning of recommendation. She is exceptionally bright and we are lucky to have her in Avon! She made me feel like my BEST self . I still looked like me, but healthier and polished. She has done my Botox injections, cheek filler and threads .
