Healthy Smiles Bay Village is a great dental practice. Dr. Hiral Patel, DDS, is a caring, professional, and very friendly dentist who always puts me immediately at ease. Her skill at creating terrific temporary crowns is amazing. The permanent crowns she put in place for me are the very best crowns I have had in my life. Her assistant, Doreen, made me feel so comfortable in the dental chair and provided excellent care. Throughout the entire stretch of dental work, I experienced no pain. My experience with Kaitlin, the dental hygienist, was equally satisfying. Miranda, the receptionist, is always so welcoming and helpful. Dr. Patel, please know that my wife, Debbie, and I congratulate you on running a tremendous dental office with outstanding staff members. We plan on being patients in your practice for many years to come.

Dr. Patel is awesome. She numbed my tooth I didn’t even feel a thing. She extracted a big rotten tooth that was all in one piece, didn’t brake the tooth, and it didn’t hurt at all. I wasn’t even aware of my tooth being out. She is by far the best oral surgeon I have been to and I have been to plenty. Also the staff is so nice they greeted us with smiles and I didn’t even wait long for her to take me to the back. If I could give Dr. Patel and the Healthy Smile Team more than five stars I absolutely would. The quality of care and compassion I've had at every single appointment is unbelievably amazing. They are efficient at keeping your anxiety to a minimum by effectively communicating the procedure and offering words of encouragement. I've needed a crown on a tooth for over ten years and every dental office had quoted me in the thousands. It wasn't in my budget, so I never got it done. Dr. Patel and her team worked with my insurance company and advocated for me to get this crown done on a tooth that desperately needed it at an affordable price. She cares for the health of her patients more than anything, and it's so humanizing to have a healthcare provider look after you for YOUR benefit. This team is an incredible asset to any community that is lucky to have them, and I cannot thank them enough.
