Incredible office. Doctor and Jess are both thorough and professional. Very knowledgeable and are quick to answer any and all questions. Doctor did my surgery today, and he is such an amazing man with good bedside manner. I am so grateful for him. Jess is the sweetest, and smartest person ever also. Huge thank you to Tammy also, she was very nice. Zero complaints from this girl here. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. ❤️

DO NOT go to Dr. Generalovich for a Rhinoplasty. I should have done more research on his experience. My nose not only looks the same but it is totally collapsed on the right side and I now cant breathe on that side. It's totally crooked and my one nostril is like closed. I still even have the bump on my nose. He did not slope it at all!! I am more self conscious about the appearance now than I was before. As a middle class mother of 2, I don't have "extra money" to just pay for someone else to fix what I paid him to do. I've waited 25 years to be able to get this done and this has been devastating to me.

I was sent to Dr.Generalovich when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. He spent a lot of time talking to me and making me feel more at ease with what his part would be after my double mastectomy. He truly cares about his patients and I am so glad I was sent to him by my general surgeon. The entire staff is amazing! Jess who works with him is fabulous as well as Tammy and the entire staff. Thank you all for everything you have done and continue to do for me.

Has no work portfolio to show during consultation or on his website. I found him unprepared for consultation. Everything that they say about time management and running two hours or more behind scheduled appointment is true. Seems like his staff over books his appointments along with a 3 month wait. I have never met a plastic surgeon that didn’t have a work portfolio and I can’t believe people let him operate on them without seeing what his aesthetic results look like. I would recommend staying away from doctors and surgeons whom claim they are skilled to do something but have absolutely no pictures of work. This is why people end up on blotched. Always research your surgeon and if you can’t find a picture online or in person choose someone else.

Dr. B. (+staff) were all very kind & their actions showed how MUCH they truly care for everyone walking through their door. I was treated with respect allowing me to keep my dignity. Sept. 1st he removed both breast implants I'd had for 32 years. I love his work. I'm very happy with my results!
