The Dr. And the Assistant were very kind and efficient. Great conversation during my procedure and I was in and out of the clinic and on my way within 40 minutes. The staff is so nice and the Brunswick location is very nice. Their retail store is nice as well and the lady was very informative on all of their products available.

It’s always great coming here ! Dr. Delaney is amazing and never fails to listen to my every need and left me with amazing results, not only did she guide me through figuring out a skin care plan that best worked for my skin, but also made sure to educate me the importance of using products. Already I’ve seen results within a few months and I couldn’t be more grateful.

UPDATE: Had unpleasant experience there. As we were waiting in the room for PA to come we could hear staff in the hallway make fun of my son’s first name. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Addendum; Trillium Creek responded to my review and asked me to call and discuss what had happened during our appointment. So I called and spoke with manager and discussed the situation. Very happy how they handled this. I just wanted to make sure this doesn’t happen to someone else.

I usually go to the Medina Office and that's an absolute 5 star office. This one not so much. The seating area is in ear shot of the check in. The receptionist makes absolutely no effort to keep the volume down. I had my ear phones on and still was able to hear everything discussed with other patients. I was extremely uncomfortable, as it is non of my business to know all their personal info, like reason for visit, phone, email, copay etc. This place feels like a walk-in HIPAA violation.

We love Trillium Creek Dermatology! Dr. Wyatt Andrasik is great. The staff is very kind and professional and we always get great care there no matter who we see. We wouldn't want to go anywhere else!
