Excellent Service, highly recommend! The employee at the counter was very helpful & knowledgeable about the services they provided, which helped me feel so much better. She had me set up right away with Mike, who was a great help. He was very kind, caring, and compassionate with me, for I was not feeling well. He kept checking on me throughout the entire process and was very comforting. I left there feeling hydrated and feeling great! I should have gone sooner! Thanks so much, guys. I really appreciated it!!

I’m leaving a one star because of the current manager Mike. He is a dismissive and argumentative leader. Unfairly disciplines employees because of his status within the company, going as far as retaliatory termination. I’m a member of iCRYO, not this location, and his behavior does not reflect the companies standards or ethics. Mike does not have the emotional maturity to lead, or manage a company as expectational as iCRYO. In response to the owners comment. I'm not a member at North Canton and haven't received any services at this location. I'm a member at a different location, as stated. My services would have nothing to do with Mikes actions toward employees. My comment was regarding information shared regarding Mike, and decisions he’s made that reflect his attitude and professionalism. To the owners revised reply - my younger sisters engine blew and she had to call out. She'd only been there a month or so. Hadn’t called out before. Mike first asked her if she can get an Uber, a teenager...then waited a week for her to get to her next shift to then fire her solely because he had to leave an event that same day her engine blew... an event he was very excited to be at. It was retaliatory termination. Period. I'm sure there were more rational reasons he used in order to justify the wrongful termination. Me getting red light therapy or cryo, etc.. I'm sure would be positive, but this review is about Mikes poor managing and leadership skills not the services....You emphasizing me not getting services highlights your lack of concern for how your employees are treated. As an owner you should consider every review relevant…. regardless of me getting a service...I live out of state and didn't have spend a dime to hear how poorly its run…what owner reads this and reply’s with well you didn’t get any services…again that really speaks for itself, weak leadership all around…

I was hesitant at first, having never experienced what a "Medical Spa" was. My hesitation was immediately blown away when I got to see the facility. This is a high speed, low drag facility. State of the art, clean, the staff was educated. The nurses were professional, the physician was clear, to the point, and made me feel important. Overall I was extremely impressed with the setup. Would highly recommend to anyone who is in need of advanced recovery care, weight loss assistance, or general health maintenance. I will be back.

A safe and accommodating place to help make the best self care changes needed to maintain &/or start a healthy lifestyle. It has helped aid in recovery from past & present injuries. I can only speak for myself, but all of which has led to much needed healthy habits. I'm a better me for giving it a try.
