This establishment represents one of the most distressing experiences one could encounter in the medical sector. The receptionist exhibits an alarming lack of professionalism, displaying rudeness that is unprecedented in my interactions within healthcare. It is perplexing how she maintains her position, given her apparent absence of compassion, which is particularly troubling in a medical environment. My concerns regarding my son's health were met with an inappropriate and dismissive comparison to "sicker" patients, a remark that I found utterly absurd. Furthermore, her refusal to return my calls for weeks and her tendency to hang up on me only exacerbated my distress. In a role that primarily involves answering phones, it is essential to respond to all inquiries, regardless of frequency. If managing communication with anxious parents proves to be too challenging, it may be time for a career reassessment. I remain astonished by her insensitivity in comparing my son to others in worse condition. Moksha derm, do better for your patients.

This is a predatory dermatology practice with no transparency in pricing. If you go in for Botox they will inject you with more than you requested in areas where you did not give consent, then hand you a sticky note saying you owe $7,500. What you thought would be a couple syringes of filler ends up being a Kardashian face. Furthermore, they refuse to provide any details regarding that number on sticky note that doubles as an invoice. The filler was also so overdone that it caused pain in the lymphoid area for a year until it fully dissolved. I highly recommend avoiding the unethical Moksha dermatology practice.

The staff was very friendly and organized. Colleen did a great job making me feel comfortable. It’s a beautiful office!!

I had a great first time experience. I couldn’t find building and the lovely lady at front desk helped direct me when I called. She was very friendly when I came in as well. When seen by the dermatologist I felt comfortable and she answered all my questions & was very friendly and informative. I didn’t feel like a number but did feel taken care of.
