I want to share my experience to help others make an informed decision. Be aware that this business may withdraw funds from your account without prior notification, citing their reschedule policy. While I understand the importance of cancellation policies, a $50 fee for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours is strictly enforced, regardless of circumstances. During my most recent visit, I inquired about the policy and, unfortunately, had a very negative experience with the staff. I was dealing with a personal matter and wasn’t feeling particularly chatty, but instead of understanding, the provider increased the treatment temperature beyond what was comfortable. This resulted in burns, which I have never experienced in previous sessions. I am now seeking medical advice from a dermatologist to assess the extent of the reaction before determining next steps. Additionally, I have found the staff to be consistently rude, and the pricing does not reflect the level of service provided. I would caution others to carefully consider these factors before booking an appointment. Though the hair has reduced. It is NOT fully treated and I’m on my last session

Everyone has always treated me with respect and been very professional. They also always explain in depth any procedures that I am having so that I am able to feel comfortable. I appreciate them very much! I have had to cancel several appointments without more than 24 hour notice because of my profession sometimes I just can't leave and I have had to consistently pay the $50 fee. I did ask about it the first time I was so upset but once it was explained and being a business owner as well I totally understand. They can't schedule someone else at my time and that's a loss for them the $50 isn't much comparable to having a person show for an appointment. Saying this to say that it's a business at the end of the day and this is their practice so show up or pay the fee no reason to be upset! Again thank you for all that your officehas done for me i truly appreciate it!

I had a wonderful experience. Misty was my technician and she was amazing, thorough, and knowledgeable. She told me what would happen every step of the way and even called the following Monday to follow up on how i was doing. Aubrey at the front desk was so pleasant and helpful as well upon my arrival. They were both very warm. I highly recommend this office.
