I’m writing on my experience I had doing the med spa’s internship that they offer. My sister & I both participated in the program together & I couldn’t recommend it enough to anyone that may be considering getting into the aesthetic field. Jana & Bia went above & beyond to make our experience impactful. Jana is a fantastic educator & very knowledgeable. You could tell they both wanted you to get the most from the program!

Bad experience with my lash extensions I went to Muse med spa in Columbus a week ago for the first time. I booked my first ever lash appointment (The “Keeping it classy” set) with them and was super nervous but excited. Unfortunately, things did not go how I expected and it’s just getting worse as time goes on. I took these pictures today… only a week after getting them done and this is how my lashes look…. bad I know….No i’m not using oils based facial products….no i’m not sleeping on them… idk what’s up! I spent $160 on these lashes and the retention is pretty bad. I hate to be flaming this salon because the woman who did my lashes was very nice however this is not at all what I wanted nor expected. I wish these lashes would come off sooner so I didn’t have to pay for a removal somewhere else. My lashes also didn’t really turn out like the reference picture I gave but i’m chalking that up to me having a different eye shape then the model. Overall these lashes have lowered my confidence instead of enhancing it like they claim to do (see muse website) lol.

Got blade and shade on my eyebrows by Vanessa. She took her time and made sure my comfort was her number one priority as i was very nervous. My eyebrows look amazing!

I can’t recommend muse enough! I’ve been getting my lashes done here for over a year now and I get so many compliments! Tessa always make me feel like me again! I’ve continued to come here for other services like my botox and Jana is always so good and gentle. They truly care about their services and will follow up to make sure you are happy and that’s rare! Love this place!

I love Muse! I go to Tessa for my lashes and Jana for my Botox. I just began my laser hair removal treatments that are completely painless and I can already see the difference only after 2 weeks of barely any hair growth and it’s only my first session. They are all so sweet and welcoming from the moment I walk through the doors to the time I walk out. The experience is astounding and I am always 100% satisfied. Highly recommend them for your beauty services.
