Dayton Skin Care and Cancer Center

Just had my first appointment this morning. I have never had such a tremendous experience at a doctor's office. The nurse/medical assistant Hannah as well as Dr. Elias were absolutely incredible! I had a 9:40am appointment and was done by 10:00am all while feeling like the doctor heard my concerns, took the appropriate amount of time, explained everything very thoroughly, and made me feel confident I was receiving the highest quality care. The front desk staff were prompt, kind, and clear in their instructions as well. I cannot recommend Dayton Skin Care enough!

The staff was efficient, professional, caring and skilled. They kept me informed of what to expect before, during and after the surgery. Great patient care. Plus they all were very positive and upbeat including a great sense of humor.

Dr Hamid and nurse Sarah provided exemplary care during today's visit. As a retired healthcare administrator, I have worked with many clinical professionals - Dr Hamid is definitely amongst the best I have experienced. He is professional and confident, yet not pretentious. He attentively listened to the four concerns I had, thoroughly explained which did/didn't require a course of action, and proceeded diligently with treatment plan - all the while ensuring I understood what was being done. If you are looking for a great clinical outcome with excellent patient communication, I highly recommend Dr Hamid!

This is great practice Dr. Donnelly has helped me so much. I also go to Natalie for chemical peels and she has helped me with my skin. Natalie and Dr. Donnelly have given me so many pointers on things to do by helping with sunscreen and telling me about lasers that would be best for my skin. I have to say thanks to the billing department they even helped me with an insurance problem I had. With a little Communication we got it all worked out. The girl was very kind and told me what I needed to fix it. I have tried other places but they are the kindest and most helpful.I love it when they give me tips for my skin.

All staff took the time to put me at ease, and answered all my questions. Dr. Hamid gave a very professional explanation of all procedures and allowed me to make an informed choice on how I wanted him to proceed.
