I have been involved in the weight loss program through PureMD since January and have lost 45 lbs. The providers are knowledgeable and all of their staff are friendly and welcoming. I have recommended several friends to this practice and will continue to recommend in the future!

I am giving 1 star due to the BBL laser treatment for broken capillaries on my face from Rosacea. My Rosacea/ broken capillaries can be considered mild yet still bothered me. I had 2 BBL laser treatments to help get rid of them for a total of $700 and it was absolutely useless. They had to use a lower setting for my skin type which resulted in me getting paradoxical hypertrichosis. NOT OK. Nor was I aware of this potential risk, and this risk is common in certain people/ diasporas and it is well known and I feel I should have been made aware of this. Now I have to get electrolysis treatments to get rid of the hair on top of the treatment doing nothing for my broken capillaries. It was recommended I get 3 BBL laser treatments yet two made zero difference and I doubt the 3rd would have made any more difference. The staff were very nice and I got $50 off Both treatments for traveling to a further office to accommodate them. Either way it was still Not worth it and in the end I am paying for permanent hair removal on my face due to the laser which I Never had before. I’m sure BBL would world for others with lighter skin. However I have recently that the Vbeam laser is consider the “Gold standard” for Rosace and broken capillaries because it specifically targets redness in skin. I think if you want Good results for how much laser treatments are then BBL is Not the most effective treatment especially for the price. Again staff was very nice, clean atmosphere. I just find the BBL laser a money scam which caused me to have a new condition called paradoxical hypertrichosis.

Dr. Gupta is amazing! I feel like a new woman. The staff also are so pleasant and professional it made my experience so much better. Sharon is always smiling and takes me straight back. I’m so glad I chose them to do my Smart Lipo. I’d recommend to anyone.

I had a great experience with medspa. The staff were always kind and professional. When the staff and the doctor were all together with me, the environment was a lot of fun, which made my experience much less stressful. Susan was awesome! She was very gentle and never hurt me once. At all. Strongly recommend
